Tweetable Quotes

“I saw this time and time again, the lack of professionalism in our managerial leadership. And I call it a journey because it's not a one-and-done thing.” - Julian Chapman

"When you are in a managerial leadership role, you have to recognize that you got there because of your technical know-how. And I find that this is one of the big problems that managers struggle with is they have this technical know-how." - Julian Chapman

"It’s really the leader is doing a technical role, many times in the firm. So, they got to do their work and then they got to carve out time, as we said earlier, to do all this leadership stuff. That adds a big challenge." – Salim Omar, CPA
